Mobile waste air purification

BROCKHAUS ENVIRONMENT with its exceptionally economic quick-change system (QCS) offers a convincing solution for the mobile and flexible purification of polluted gas streams. The activated-carbon fixed bed in the QCS canister and all the system components can be individually adapted to your specific purification project. We will naturally support you throughout with advice based on our many years of experience.

The mobile filter system is based on activated carbon Adsorption technology. The optimal selection of the type or mixture of activated carbon is based on an analysis of the polluted medium.
Activated Carbon is ideal for adsorbing hydrocarbons, as well as many other substances such as hydrogen sulfides (H2S) or mercury (Hg).

BROCKHAUS QCS filters are available at very short notice and can be transported to the operational site with our own vehicles. The QCS filters can then be set up or replaced in just a few steps. There are no additional charges – such as for the provision of cranes – and personnel costs on site are minimised. Emissions such as those arising during the aspiration of conventional activated-carbon beds do not occur. This means that further peripheral costs can be saved, e.g. for purifying the air in suction tankers, and the process complies with all safety and environmental standards and regulations.
