Control and measurement systems are used in our plants for process control.
They record, analyze, and control process variables, ensuring safe and stable plant operation.
In the event of a malfunction, they ensure that the process is either safely shut down or brought to a controlled stop.
In addition, they continuously monitor all safety-relevant conditions and automatically intervene in the event of deviations.
Application Areas
For example:
- Process and exhaust gas purification
- Process and wastewater treatment
- Mine gas extraction systems
- Groundwater remediation
- …
Technical Features
- Specification and use of control systems also in gas measurement installations within hazardous areas (Ex zones) in accordance with the ATEX Directive (2014/34/EU) and applicable standards.
- Implementation according to the defined safety requirement levels (SIL/PL) in accordance with IEC 61508 or ISO 13849, and in compliance with all standardized safety requirements.
- Access and diagnostics via remote router for secure remote monitoring, fault analysis, and software updates.
Examples of Process Parameters Recorded and Analyzed
- Temperature
- Pressure
- Flow
- Humidity
- Analytical parameters, e.g.:
	- HC measurement (hydrocarbons)
- H₂S measurement (hydrogen sulfide)
- O₂ measurement (oxygen)
