The company is a specialized service provider for wastewater and exhaust air treatment, primarily for the petrochemical industry. It operates as a CO₂-neutral partner and offers solutions both for day-to-day operations and for major projects such as turnarounds (TAR).

Behind “Plug & Safe” are modular, scalable, mobile solutions that can be precisely adapted to each site and each specific application. The goal is rapid operational readiness combined with maximum safety.

The systems are designed for different physical states and pollutant groups: exhaust air and process gases, wastewater, aerosols, suspensions (substances with suspended solids), as well as free phases (e.g. light-liquid or sludge separation).

Liquid applications: capacities from 0 to over 300 m³/h.
Air and gas applications: scalable solutions from 0 to over 10,000 Nm³/h. In practical examples, exhaust air flows of up to 7,000 m³/h have already been safely treated.

Activated carbon is used due to its excellent adsorption capacity to remove a broad spectrum of organic compounds as well as certain inorganic substances from air and water by adsorption. BROCKHAUS has a large portfolio of different activated carbon types that can be used for a wide range of substance groups.

Yes, systems are available for cooling gas and wastewater streams. With our mobile cooling systems (heat exchanger and chiller unit), temperature reductions of up to 60 K can be achieved.

BROCKHAUS acts as an experienced single-source contractor for the entire wastewater and exhaust air treatment during a turnaround. This minimizes the number of interfaces and thus the risk of misunderstandings between different service providers.

The company offers 24/7 full-service, ranging from requirements analysis and project management through to aftercare.

Qualified personnel (engineers and service technicians) as well as continuous system monitoring ensure smooth execution of the shutdown.

Through BROCKHAUS Monitoring, mobile systems are used to control and monitor plants. Data can be output on site or transmitted remotely.
